By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

This is an informational website with a homeschool planning quiz on it. There is no account to open and nothing to buy. Completing the quiz produces a planning Blueprint, which opens on the site at its own link; we do not email it to you. Nothing on this site is an offer or a commitment to provide anything at a stated price or on a stated date.

3. This is not advice

Nothing here is educational, legal, or financial advice. In particular, homeschool requirements vary by state and change over time, and this site does not tell you what your state requires. You are responsible for meeting the rules that apply where you live, and the right source for those is your state law or a qualified adviser.

4. Acceptable use

Please do not use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, upload malicious code, interfere with its operation, or use it to send unsolicited messages. Automated scraping or bulk collection of anything on this site is not permitted.

5. The contact form

The contact form on this site is not connected and does not transmit anything. It is not a channel of record: do not use it for anything urgent, legally significant, or time sensitive, and do not assume a message left there has reached anyone. Use the email address on the contact page instead.

6. Content and ownership

The text, design, and images on this site belong to its operator. You are welcome to read and share the pages; copying or republishing the content as your own is not permitted.

7. Availability and accuracy

This site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or continuously available, and we do not warrant that every description on it is complete or current. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

To the maximum extent the law allows, the operator of this site is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms will be updated when the quiz opens, because the site will then do more than it does now. The date at the top of this page will change when they do.
